Internet Keeps dropping and reconnecting

My internet keeps dropping and re-connecting. I am using a SB6190 modem. Hoping someone can look at my logs and tell me what to try to fix it. Thanks.

Can't see your pics. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.

Re: Internet Keeps dropping and reconnecting

The downstreamstream power is high. It may be overloading the front end tuner of the modem. That can cause random disconnects, spontaneous re-booting of the modem, speed, packet loss, and latency problems.

 

I would try using a 6dB attenuator pad like this one to knock it down in to being in spec;

No guarantees that this is the definite fix. YMMV. Good luck !
