Internet Keeps droping.

My cable modems keeps droping the connection. (5 or 6 times in a single day) When I look at the evert log it keeps saying T3 or T4 time-out error.

 

We have tried a new cable modem, new splitter, and check all cables for tightness.

 

Does anyone have any ideas.
