Hello, my internet connection drops every few minutes while I'm connected to the VPN. I've had plenty of tech appointments and the problem could not be resolved. I've tried different VPNs, different devices, different modems, resetting my modem/router and I still get the same issue. I've never had this problem with xfinity until about a year ago. The only work around seems to be when I use the PTPP protocol but there's not many VPNs that support PTPP protocol with the country server I'd like to use. The current VPN I use has become unstable and I cannot find another VPN to use. I've never had this problem with any other ISP at this location. Anyone know a solution? Thank you in advanced.
Hey buddy, I have the same issue. I have had Comcast for 3 years, but earlier this month I dropped the TV service and kept only cable. That's when the issues started. VPN or not, it keeps dropping my connection consistently. Looks like Comcast wants to force me to keep the TV also, and pay a higher premium. They made me sign a contract for 12 months to get a cheaper price for the high speed internet, but the connection keeps dropping, especially when I am in meetings, and this is totally unacceptable. I recorded a video to show them how it drops the connection. Planning to walk out of the contract and switch to some other service provider.
