Have had numerous time that our internet drops out. Call / Chat with Comcast but will not give me a straight answer - complete waste of time. Each time it has been on Comcast end not ours.
How do we get the local Xfinity / Comcast repair to check things on their end ?
We get spotty internet then its fine for months to get spotty again. NOT on my end but outside but how do we get someone to investigate when our internet eventually comes back?
