Currently I am having an issue with my internet in which the internet will cut out anywhere from 1 minute to 15 mintues a couple of times a day. During this period of time our router will automatically restart in an attempt to regain connection. We have purchased a new router but nothing has changed an the issue still persists.
We checkout outside as there appears to be a orange coax cable that connects to our apartment where our internet connects. It appears to have a tear and is partially fraid. Is it possible to replace or fix this cable as I have just moved into my apartment and had no effect on the ouside cables?
