Internet Customer Support
Internet keeps on cutting out and it is becoming to the point where I can't finish my work. It cuts out like 5-10 times a day. I tried calling customer support and it just keeps on telling me that a "modem restart is in progress and can't talk to an agent", and I tried waiting 10 minutes and calling back, and it still tells me the samething. I just need to figure out my internet problem soon.
