Internet Connectivity in SW Portland, OR 97239

Where can I start. I don't know that I really have a question- just observation.

Comcast - your freaking customer service and robot troubleshooting is a freaking joke and I am running out of patience.

Everyone- go to Is the Service Down.com 

Comcast is trying to be evasive on this and I am putting a request for service in with Century Link
