I have a WiFi router. I'm trying to hook an Ethernet cord to it for work, but it's showing no internet. I tried calling, emailing and IMing Xfinity to talk to a live person but I can't get through the reset option to talk to someone. Is there anything I can do for this? I need it for work. Like right now.
