Internet Connection Issues?

Internet Connection Issues?

I have been having internet issues all morning in the Brockton, MA area. I am hardwired too. I had to reboot the systems twice now. I don't see any reports of outages here at all. Can anyone tell me if they are experiencing issues as well? I need to work from home for the next two weeks. I am very concerned.

Did you call Customer Service? 1800comcast?

We can attempt to help you right here on these forums. What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
