Intermittent "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out"
Hi. I've been experiencing intermittent internet disconnection issues over the last few weeks (about as long as I've had Comcast at this address :/). Basically, whether its a wired connection or a WiFi connection, it seems as if our modem just stops talking to the internet. Sometimes for less than a minute, sometimes for 10 minutes at a time. It is massively impeding us from working at home, like many others are, due to the pandemic. Additionally, there is an issue with our Flex streaming device. Everytime it restarts, it just hangs at the "Welcome" screen, and eventually recommeneds retarting to resolve the issue.
There is a tech scheduled to come out tomorrow, but I was wondering if there was anything I should specifically ask them to check, or if there was anything else that has to be done/can be done remotely to mitigate this.

So the tech came out on Saturday, and replaced the coax between our node and our house. I think this helped mitigate the issue a bit, and the SNR is definitely better. But, it seems like there is still a lot of noise in the signal, because the intermittent drops are still happening due to loss of sync. The T3 time-outs are less frequent, but it seems like the losses of sync are not.
