Intermittent loss of Intermet Connectivity

Hello everyone!

Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing an issue with losing Internet connectivity at random times. I have attached screenshots of my modem's status pages to this post.

These are only the most recent results, but I have also seen multiple instances of "T1 (No UCD's Received" and "T4 (Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received)" errors in my modem's error logs over the past few weeks. I've already had a tech out to my apartment about two weeks ago and he said everything looked fine on my end so I did not escalate any further. However, the issue has, in fact, not been resolved and is continuing to interrupt my service when I am attempting to use it. From what I can gather, this is likely an issue at the CMTS or somewhere on the cable plant. I have had some problems in the past in my area with excessive noise on the plant floor causing a poor upstream SNR, resulting in frequent loss of service as my modem frequently attempted to reset and reinitialize communications with the CMTS. Any help or advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
