Intermittent internet signal

For almost an entire year I have had problems with my Internet. Signal shows 100% strength the speed is 200+ however it regularly cuts out. Hey technician explain to me that this is the modem resetting itself for whatever reason Comcast has not been able to fix it. They convinced us to spend $70 to rewire the entire home all the way up the pole outside and it has done nothing. Next they sent a line technician out who climbed up the pole and then left telling us nothing still leaving us with an Internet problem. Every time I call I have to go through resetting the signal two or three times before they will even readdress the problem. I have had four different modems at least a dozen technicians in all this time I am paying for a service that I am not getting. and I am a customer of 25+ years. I’m starting to think that it’s time to start shopping around for a new Internet TV and phone provider.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?

Is this a WiFi connection ?
