Intermittent internet connection dropping.... 10/11/2019

I have been getting consistent internet connetion dropping. I can't do anything on Friday evening. No streaming, no gaming, kids can't do their screen time. This is insane... Are you guys having ISP issues? Everything on my end is setup fine. Modem is still connected. It seems to drop out every freaking 10min. Fix your mess up.

Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?

No it is not wifi. It is connection directly to the modem. I had similar connection issues last night and I noticed that there is scheduled maintenance and this morning, connection is still getting lost every 10min and I noticed another maintenance scheduled for 11/14.

You guys need to fix this issue once and for all. This has been going on for a month now and it is affecting me. Especially, around this area where a lot of tech oriented people live, you guys are not doing a good job.

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? Try getting them here http://192.168.100.1 or here http://10.0.0.1

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

What is the exact make and model number of the modem ?
