For the last 2 - 4 weeks I've been dealing with internet disconnects. Usually for 5 or so minutes. I've had this problem in the past and it goes away for a few months. It is now back. Sometimes it will be fine for hours then 4 or 5 disconnects in a couple hours. I haven't had any success with Xfinity support... yet. Since I've had this in the past, I replaced the modem tonight but still had problems.
I can post the event log and status page from the modem report if it would help. Where can I go for help? Is there a special phone number or process that I can follow to get to someone that will tell me more than just reboot?
