Hi guys, so here's what I've got going on.
For a while now i've been having an issue where my internet connection will just drop out.
The network itself will still be available, but it has no internet access. I bought an ASUS AC2600 to replace my motorola/ linksys combo thinking maybe that was the problem but it's still happening.

Those router component error log entries are basically unhelpful, sorry. What do the modern component's RF signal error / event logs look like ?
And what do the modem's signal status figures look like ?
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.

If you are using a Asus CM-32 AC2600 Modem Router combo the issue is within the wireless router portion. I have fought settings across the board on this and there is no Firmware updates from Asus to remediate the issue. https://imgur.com/a/sWGqBsd
Maybe, maybe not. Everything isn't always a blanket solution for everyone. We haven't seen any of the requested info from them yet.
Here is another test ;
Is this with a WiFi connection ? If so, for a test, does a computer / device hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
With this test, we are trying to isolate this from being either a WiFi-only problem or a problem with the general connection to the Comcast system which would of course affect both. It's a good first step of troubleshooting before we proceed any further.
Were you able to figure out what your issue was? I have the same one and I am at witts end on what to do.
That Asus cm-32 Router is trash... everyone I know that has it has replaced it at this point.
If you check the forums and even Reddit its a dead product with no real support from Asus.
I went with a modem and a separate router. My current Router / wireless is a ubiquity Alian and I love it.
