Intermittent T3 Timeouts and Drops
My internet stops working usually multiple times a day. I usually have to restart my modem (SB6183) to get it to come back online. I own the modem. The logs show a lot of T3 timeouts.
I moved the modem to the Comcast cable drop that comes out of the ground outside my house to to remove any connection issues inside the house. It was there for 2 days and had the same problems. I had to bring it back in because it was going to rain.
I don’t know where the other end of the cable comes out of the ground, presumably a Comcast utility box somewhere. My neighborhood has buried power lines so I can’t check there.
I’ve called Comcast before for this and they just say there’s nothing wrong on there end. And it’s an intermittent issue so it’s hard to troubleshoot on the phone.
Anyone have any ideas?

You need to also post the modem's signal stats.
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
