I am experiencing random intermittent service. My Cable Modem is logging T3 time-out events. Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out. I contacted my next door neighbor (separate building and coax) and they are getting the identical T3 time-out events at the same time. They contacted Xfinity and they were given the runaround that nothing can be done. How do I get Xfinity to work this issue?
