Intermittent Outages. Every Day. Same Time.

I have been dealing with this for over a month. My internet will go out every day around 1130am and last until 1230pm (mst). I've been on the phone multiple times with agents, chatted, even had two technicians come to my house. The second technician checked inside and outside and said the cable going from the side of my house into my house (not the one from the street to the house) was an older cable and needs to be redone. He tightened it up and I was fine for about a week. Starting last night, it all started happening again. I refuse to believe it's a cable issue when it's at the exact same time every single day, then fine (mostly) the rest of the day. No one has been able to help me and I work from home like I'm sure many of you do. I could potentially lose my job if I don't get this fixed.

Any Ideas?
