Intermittent Internet Connection

Been having intermittent internet connection issues for about five weeks now. Called Comcast over 40 times, had three field techs come out and one virtual tech try to help.

No one seems to be able to fix problem. I have reviewed all your previous responses to this issue. Techs have checked and replace all connection and spliters to house multiple times. Still can't fix it. We have also replaced modem.

Now the company placed us on a covid restrictions i guess because they feel its not critical. They are now saying techs can't come out to our home any longern. We are unable to work at home using Comcast internet because of this intermittent loss of connection. We staying our cell phone Hotspots all day now.

We need help. We are already talking to Att as an alternative provider. We have had Comcast for years.

Help us please.

I am having the exact same problem!  It is very frustrating because like you, I am working from home and need a reliable internet connection.  I haven't been able to track down a human yet to receive help and the virtual did the reset but my Internet wasn't out at the time to begin with.  I typically reset it on my own to try to get it working again, but it doesn't help the majority of the time.  I am trying the Xfinity store on Monday to get help if they can (they are closed until then) but I am discouraged I will not get the needed help after reading your message.

Another technician came out couldn't fix it, ordered a bucket truck to come out and fix issue. This is the second time we had a truck come out and look at lines and fix them. Nothing is ever fixed. It made things worse.

Doesn't seem like anyone from Comcast has bothered to even reply to this post.

The fifth technician is coming out tomorrow to fix problem.
