Intermittent Connection ONLY when playing video games
For the past 6 months, my internet has been very unstable. My internet would shut off for about 5 seconds and come back on. This problem occurs on a daily basis and happens every time I play video games online. These connection drops causes my ping to spike very high and eventually disconnect my internet, making games unplayable. This problem occurs only on my computer, which is wired with an ethernet cable. I don't get this problem on my phone or laptop.
I have contacted Xfinity agents and the Arris support team but unfortunately, this problem hasn't been solved yet. All they did was tell me to reboot which I've done so many times or buy a new modem.
However, one agent from Arris mentioned my Power Level being low and that this was what's causing intermittent connection. I'm not sure how I can fix this though.

Please help. I want to play my video games at a stable connection without any disconnects.
