Increase in latency over the last few weeks and dropped packets
I understand the increase in Internet usage but why all the packet drops??

What do the modem's signal stats look like ?
Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
