Increase in latency over the last few weeks and dropped packets

I understand the increase in Internet usage but why all the packet drops??

It is killing my work connection.  I have power cycled my router multiple times which has not helped.  How is the network health overall?

getting Xfinity to take a look at their network has not yielded a response.

This is a Motorola Cable Modem running 7540-5.7.1.32

What do the modem's signal stats look like ? 

Please post the *Downstream Power Level*, the *Upstream Power Level*, and the *SNR* (Signal to Noise Ratio) numbers.
