ISP DHCP not functioning properly

Having the same issue as this thread but for some reason am unable to read the thread on mobile and since I do t have internet....

Same issue here. I have been on the phone for hours and I'm desperate at this point. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I am also having this same issue. Everything was working fine this morning, now with the ASUS router there is no internet connection. I’ve done everything with the ASUS router, including a factory reset. Internet works just fine using the xFi wireless. Can you help @ComcastChe?

I just discovered that I have the same problem noted in previous posts on this topic. Based on what I’ve read, it sounds like I need to work with Comcast for a fix. If so, what is the next step I should take?
