I'm at a loss - constant internet drops
I've chatted or called about 8-9 different times and I can't get beyond the same scripted help every time.
My modem (and the one before it) is showing 1000s of uncorrectables on every channel T3 and T4 errors.
All the techs do is restart my modem or send a refresh signal which only "fixes" it for about an hour.
I've tried tightening connections, replaced 100 feet of older coax, and even replaced my modem with no change in behavior.
What options do I have at this point?

An additional 3 techs later, I think I finally have a service appointment. Will update this post afterwards with results.

I feel your pain. I'm having the same issues. Never can get through the automated system. Same thing every time - reboot and reset. This happens multiple times a day every day and has for weeks.
