I keep on losing internet connection. Modem is throwing errors.
I keep having periodic connection issues and I beleive it's either the modem or an issue further along the line.
This is from my even log.

As you can see, I keep getting the T3 time-out. The modem's connectivity light remains blue but I lose access to the internet. While I do not have a snapshot of the channels during the outage, here is my current stats.
Channel | Lock Status | Modulation | Channel ID | Frequency | Power | SNR | Corrected | Uncorrectables |
1 | Locked | QAM256 | 16 | 501000000 Hz | 10.0 dBmV | 41.9 dB | 0 | 0 |
2 | Locked | QAM256 | 17 | 507000000 Hz | 9.8 dBmV | 41.9 dB | 0 | 0 |
3 | Locked | QAM256 | 18 | 513000000 Hz | 9.5 dBmV | 41.5 dB | 0 | 0 |
4 | Locked | QAM256 | 19 | 519000000 Hz | 8.9 dBmV | 41.4 dB | 0 | 0 |
5 | Locked | QAM256 | 20 | 525000000 Hz | 8.5 dBmV | 41.3 dB | 0 | 0 |
6 | Locked | QAM256 | 21 | 531000000 Hz | 9.4 dBmV | 40.7 dB | 0 | 0 |
7 | Locked | QAM256 | 22 | 537000000 Hz | 10.0 dBmV | 41.0 dB | 0 | 0 |
8 | Locked | QAM256 | 23 | 543000000 Hz | 10.4 dBmV | 40.8 dB | 0 | 0 |
Upstream Bonded Channels | ||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Channel | Lock Status | US Channel Type | Channel ID | Symbol Rate | Frequency | Power |
1 | Locked | ATDMA | 4 | 5120 Ksym/sec | 16500000 Hz | 42.0 dBmV |
2 | Locked | ATDMA | 1 | 5120 Ksym/sec | 36100000 Hz | 43.2 dBmV |
3 | Locked | ATDMA | 2 | 5120 Ksym/sec | 29600000 Hz | 42.5 dBmV |
4 | Locked | ATDMA | 3 | 5120 Ksym/sec | 23000000 Hz | 42.0 dBmV |
I don't know much about this much it is getting a little annoying. I should mention that I do not have cable TV and therefore no splitters. The line runs straight into the modem.

The downstream power is on the high side. Try using a 3 dB signal attenuator pad like this one on the back of the modem;
https://www.amazon.com/In-Line-Attenuator-3-dB-1/dp/B0002ZPIUU
You could try a 6 dB one as well. Not certain that this is the direct cause of the problem. YMMV. Good luck !

Would a too high downstream power make it so I cannot login in to my router?

I contacted support and they said this:
"The reason for that is it appears that there is a different bootfile or code showing on your modem earlier but I did a refresh already to correct the bootfile and the result is now showing Green Docsis Health. It just requires to provision your modem from the server to correct the bootfile. I already did."
However, I just got a disconnect. However, I did notice something. I wanted to check the channels when the connection was happening but I was unable to log into the router. It's like the software in the router crashes. The activity lights still indicate that the connection is good but I cannot access the router's settings. I would appreciate like a resolution to this as it is interrupting my work.
