I am getting ~3mb/s on a 600mb/s internet

I installed xFinity xFi Gateway last week. I am paying for a 600mb/s internet, but I am getting most of the day between 2 to 6 mb/s, sometimes it goes under 1mb/s and sometimes it gets to 20mb/s. Rarely I get between 150 and 200 mb/s, but it happened a few times.

Why would they give me only 1% of what I am paying for? I would be the happiest person in the world if they gave me at least 100mb/s, but not even that.

Just an update. A xfinity representative came by and he was the most amazing worker I have ever delt with. He did an amazing job finding the issue and now I have ~600mbps. He did an amazing job and my problem got solved! Thanks guys

Before someone asks, I restarted the gateway over 30 times since last week. Calling them puts me on an infinite loop of restarting the modem, there is no way to talk to a human.

I was able to chat with someone, but as soon I explained my problem, the support person disconected. They just left the chat without saying anything.
