How restrict access to certain apps on specific devices on my xfinity wifi?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out how to block/restrict access to certain game apps on an iphone device when it is connected to my wifi.
One of the apps is the game app called Dragonball Z Dokkan battle in case that matters.
