How do you get a Competent Tech to Respond?
The Problem is as follows:
Your technical people leave a lot to be desired, my internet has been cutting out for years now , when first installed the Tech commented to his partner this will not work he is at the End of the Tail. The first experience was they had to come back and put an amplifier of course they left all non used port un-terminated, I terminated them all. No ground was installed I completed it. Next call back internet was dropping, they said they adjusted something on the service and it corrected for 5 months. Started dropping again and picture now pixalating and internet dropping Tech comes say levels are fine but he is checking after the amplifier when I asked him to check before the amplifier he went to the demark and changed a connect came back and said it fixed asked him to check level again but would not. Filed again Called on the Phone waited 2 Hours got some one who was totally confused told me it my modem was the problem and I get another This time a Motorola MT7711 I like this it reported the problem now. It seems I get a lot of uncorectables finally I get a fail and when if comes back up no IPV4 Addresss no DNS servers populated and the lease in blank but all the Channels come back locked on the QUAM. Once again I called the Tech recommended that I Unplug the Modem Daily and reset it, I laughed and told him that is no answer. I used snip tools to record the problems but when the last Tech came he was clue less said it is what it is, suggest I go to Century Link there fiber. Plus you charged me 75 Dollars for an answer like that. I figured rather then trash you on the net and change to Centrury link I would give it one more try. Oh several of my neighbor went to Century link, so it was not just my house.
