I need to add a second IP address to my account. I have an Arris T25 with two ports and I need both ports to work.

First, check the "Rate Card" for your local area to see if that feature is even available anymore. Seems that it is being phased out;
It's a PDF.
Scroll down to "Xfinity Internet" and look for "Additional IP Addresses".
If nothing is listed then it's likely to have been discontinued in your local market area.

This was successully set up, however a week ago somone at Comcast disconnected the port. Can someone help me get it working again?

Calling customer service will likely get you nowhere. I would wait. He is a specialist, not a tier 1 rep !
