High ping latency variation problems unable to play multiplayer games
I have high ping latency variation and lag issues. Us xfinity customers pay alot of money a month for what we hope is steady and stable service. I see all through the forums people have to diagnose these problems themselves or try too... that is not right. Xfinity the service has been terrible! Everyone is having a problem and it needs to be resolved. You want us to pay our monthly bill but we have not had the steady stable service that we have been promised. Help out! Tired of trying to resolve the problem ready to just switch services.
