High ping and packet loss

I’m recently having issues streaming and gaming to high ping and packet loss. I’ve checked my speed which varies but seems fast enough being hardwired. I’ve tried two routers now on two pc’s with the same issues. Is there an issue in the 46582 area code area or is it just me?
