I just bought a Netgear CM1100 cable modem at Costco and a Netgear AX12 router at Best Buy. I get frequent disconnects when the modem lights go out and the port lights turn amber. It then starts a reboot. I also lose the router connection at that point and cannot log into the router or cable modem. Eventually. my internet gets reconnected. The tech said he fixed something minor and replaced the line going from the wall to the modem. It still keeps disconnecting. I am thinking maybe replacing the modem with Costco. However, if I just connect to the modem, everything seems fine. I will attach two screenshots from the channel setup and log from the modem. I would appreciate feedback. Since you are a new poster, they need to be approved by a Forum Admin. That could take some time. In the interim, you could try hosting them at one of those free third-party pic hosting sites like Imgur or Photobucket and post the link to them here.
