Help After 8 months comcast is still promising to fix to no avail

This is shown and I've been having intermittent service and since my boxes are over wifi I get no cable either. I've spoken to countless agents, had 5 service visits and have been hung up on by many agents who are "transferrring me". Please i just want what I pay for not asking for anything extra. @ComcastCares

Hi @tyjones, a few questions:
I see there was some "Refer to Maintenance" in past tech notes (looking more upstream on the network side), can you speak a bit more on what the technician may have stated on that front?

My internet, home security, and phone have been terrible since the beginning of Dec 2020 until now 3/30/2021. I have copied and pasted the list of errors/attacks that are showing in the logs of my brand new XFINITY gateway (modem/router) below. These are obviously the issues affecting my internet service, home security, and phone. Comcast / XFINITY have been to my home more than 3 times. They have even switched out the new X7 gateway 3 times with no result. My internet, home security, and phone worked perfect until December of 2020.
It looks to me like the xi-if gateway (router/modem) is being attacked by hackers or etc.
Comcast / Xfinity are also trying to charge me over $200 for the visits to my home to replace or repair their “slow/non working/choppy” internet and faulty equipment. My last two bills have been incorrect and have charges for these visits. Terrible customer service. Ive had service with them here for almost 10 years here also or another 5 or more years at my last home.
They just keep ignoring me and hoping I go away. I also have 4 new security cameras that constantly cut in and out because of the faulty internet. They still haven’t fixed these either. It’s terrible to have a SECURITY system that doesn’t keep you safe because it constantly cuts out, won’t arm and drops signals. It’s also disappointing to have internet that works when it feels like it.
I pay over $300 a month for internet, cable, home security, and phone. I wouldn’t be surprised if an employee or someone from Comcast was trying to target their customer base because of vulnerabilities that are present in their hardware. I have spoken to 2 other people who are having very similar issues with their services after getting a replacement or new gateway installed.
Also, my email and several other accounts have been compromised since these problems started in December. I have had to change all my passwords several times. I only access these accounts from my home network. It’s not a coincidence. Comcast obviously doesn’t care about customers safety and security.

Not sure if you have tried this escalation process of using your States Dept. of Telecommunications group to report your issues. I have had long standing issues and found that using that process it got the attention of the local comcast executive team and then both of them will get the right resources to help you. I know it sure did help me to getting the issues resolved that I was not able to through the normal comcast support process. you can only tighten the connections so many times. I would recommend that you have detail info if you call your State to help them, so they will have the details of what has been going on. Good Luck.
