Help After 8 months comcast is still promising to fix to no avail

Hey anybody else having this issue?

This is shown and I've been having intermittent service and since my boxes are over wifi I get no cable either. I've spoken to countless agents, had 5 service visits and have been hung up on by many agents who are "transferrring me". Please i just want what I pay for not asking for anything extra. @ComcastCares

Hi @tyjones, a few questions:

 

  1. Have you tried swapping your XB7? 
  2. Have you tried resetting your XB7 (a push and hold (about 30 seconds) triggers the "reset" function)
  3. Have you tried disabling the xFi Advanced Security?

I see there was some "Refer to Maintenance" in past tech notes (looking more upstream on the network side), can you speak a bit more on what the technician may have stated on that front?
