Having to activate my gateway once a week

I recently moved, but I moved from one part of a college campus to another part. I registered the move with comcast, got the text after move in that my internet was ready to be connected and I activated my gateway. I had to activate with my phone app, and it got stuck on the "almost finished" step, but my internet was working. 

 

I closed the app, and internet worked for the rest of the week. However, I received a call from comcast saying I need to finish registering my device, but they told me to re-do the process for activation. 

 

I did that and received the confirmation email and internet worked for the rest of the week. This morning, the internet stopped and I had to do the process all over again.

 

Any ideas on what I need to do if this keeps happening?

Give this automated device activation line a shot: 1-855-652-3446. Even if the automation fails, you then get connected to an advanced repair representative rather than a tier 1 phone rep. Good luck !
