Having our 7th Tech sent
In 18 months we have had 6 different techs claiming to be the best try to fix our internet. After 40 minutes of dealing with an incredibly incompetent 'Tech specialist,' he has promised me that the issues will be fixed.... We haven't been getting anything near what we are paying for, but several weeks of consistent low internet speed seemed to be worth it... Now we are experiencing worse connection, slower download and upload speeds, and more outages. The genius tech also made the comment that I won't be reimbursed through billing until the problem has been solved.... If there has been an issue since the genesis of our relationship with xfinity... Let's just say my interest is piqued in regards to how we, once again, will be mistreated.
