Harmony Hub disconnects from XFi Router/modem
Hi Everyone,
I had the last generation and now the latest generation of xfi routers from Xfinity. I’ve had this problem with both of the boxes.
All of my harmony hubs randomly disconnect from my network for a minute or two about twice a day. There doesn’t seem to be a reason for it, but I’ll be randomly looking at my hub and the light turns red and then starts the connection process again.
This is causing issues with my homebridge, otherwise I wouldn’t really care.
Does anyone have any ideas on why this might happen? Is it a security issue, setting? I know it’s not a range problem since I have hubs throughout my house and one about five feet from my router and this does the same thing.
Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
