I swear, we’ve had the worst experience with their internet. Even before we signed up, we had horrible service. Customer service has been absolutely no help and charged us more money than we signed up for. That’s a whole different story. Now for the main issue. We just got internet and all of that installed last week. The guy came and did it all. Since then, internet has dropped at least 5 times a day. I do everything it says to do, but it starts back up all by itself about 30 minutes later. What’s annoying is the fact that we are paying for the fastest speed. I’m doing online school right now and can’t even do that. Thanks to xfinity for making my life much harder. Plus the fact that every single time the internet goes out, both TVs go out. Everyone talked bad about this company and now I understand why. We should’ve stayed with our previous company because we had absolutely no problems with them and had incredible internet. Customer service has also been no help with this situation. They all give me the same response.
