Hello everyone. I recently signed up for the 1 Gig package for my new home. I currently am running below 100MPS.
When I call Tech support they tell me to unplug my modem. That does not help. I have been on hold for tech support for over an hour. Once they answer I will get someone who will have no idea how to fix the problem other then unplugging my Modem. They will then escalate it. Then I will have to spend another hour plus on hold. This happened to me last week. I finally gave up after 2 plus hours on hold. I am thinking about taking legal action. This is crazy
