Gigabit Speed Drop
Anyone having issues with their gigabit speed? I've been doing speed test and only receiving at max 92mbps 1/10 of what i'm paying for.
I tried calling Xfinity multiple times but I was looped in the calls with no customer rep to assist. I keep running the reset on my modem and there's no issues with it.
Just want to see if anyone else is facing the same issues.

I have the 600mbit plan and typically see 300 - 400 mbs, but testing right at the modem I'm seeing about 95mbits the last few days. If I reboot the modem I get around 300mibs for a bit, but then it drops again within an hour or two. Not sure if Xfinity is having a capacity issue with everyone being online during the COVID 19 issue.
