Gig Support Technicolor TC4400-AM yet?

When I got my gig serivce about a 6-8 months ago, I used my own modem the Technicolor. They were able to get a config on it, but it topped out at 250mb. They said to check back after some time to see if they had an updated FW. Does anyone know if they do?
