Getting a second IP address for my SB8200 Modem

I just signed to a new contract with Xfinity and for some reason, the "Addtional IP Addresses" I had was removed.  Can somenone possibly added it back it?  Multiple calls to Xfinity to have it added to no avail.  I had it before, why can't I have it again.  If you can help, it would greatly appreciated.

Looks like this will require direct intervention by Comcast Support, so I'm going to escalate this so they can look at your account.
