Getting Started Unicast Maintenance Ranging - No Response received - T3 time-out every day

Hello,

 

My connection is having unexpected modem timeout everyday, cause internet interups and most of time recover itself after several miniues. See the logs  below (I have removed mac addresses). I am using a new Motorola 24x8 Cable Modem, Model MB7621 with DOCSIS 3.0, purchased last month. 

 

Any one can help take a look at this? Thanks!
