New Poster


My xfi gateway is showing up in my networks but I can’t connect to the internet. I have had nothing but problems with xfinity not to mention I’ve paid for tech visits to my home. I pay top dollar for internet service that doesn’t work and I’ve had enough. I want what I pay for. Comcast should be ashamed of themselves for subpar service that doesn’t work!

For a test, does a computer hardwired directly to the router / gateway device with an ethernet cable have the same problem ?
