Game blocked!

I have been playing Guildwars 2 for years and never had this problem of connecting to their servers. I have summited a ticket with Guildwars 2 to help see if they can fix this and I have done everything they have suggested and i'm still blocked, Only thing left is my ISP is blocking my game for whatever reason. Please fix this.
