Four Techs, three modems in under a month

Can’t believe I’m already having to do this.

Have not had service for even a month and I have had four tech appointments and now on third modem which I now been forced to use Xfinity modem because they say even my Xfinity certified Netgear modem won’t work when it’s under a month old and was confirmed as working on their network.

I honestly feel I am being dragged into extra $15 a month because I refuse the high speed only want the $35 a month basic net and phone service with autopay.

What do I do if I order my own third modem and they keep pulling this junk on me?
