For the last two days, March 30 & 31, 2020 speeds have been terrible to the point--often not loading

For the last two days, March 30 & 31, 2020 speeds have been terrible to the point of often not loading. 

Nothing else changed except the date.  Xfinity needs to open up their big pipes and stop kinking the hose.
