Factory reset Advanced Gateway does NOT reset Admin page username and password
I have factory reset my Gateway to gain access to the Admin page. The password was forgotten long ago. I just reset it again and the username:Admin and password:password STILL do not work? In the old days we were able to call tech support to reset this but I'm told a factory reset is the only way. Well, it doesn't work? I'm tired of going through the set up procedure.
