For the past 3 weeks - since the SF Bay Area started shelter in-place - my Intenet speeds have been extremely poor from 9 AM to 4 PM PT. Downlink is about 2-3 Mbps and Uplink is about 0.2 Mbps. My repeated calls to customer service have not helped. My neighbors are also complaining about the same. Could someone from Comcast please look into this?
