Ever since I switched to a wifi that an agent said was the exact same but less price, the upload speed took a big dive, I should be getting 10mb/s but right now I'm struggling to get 2mb/s. I know it may be because of the corona, but this problem has been persisting for 4 months and having the virus having more people work from home it has just been worse. I have tried contacting agents several times but they never try to fix my upload speed problem, they always try for the download speed, even though at the beginning I've always said the download speed is fine.
