Everything downstream of my Comcast Cable Modem is dead.
Sometime today all my network lan lines are dead. The only internet connection I seem to have is if I use one of the two (2.4 or 5) wifi network connections that are part of my Comcast Cable modem. My router seems to be non-existent, though it's lit up and everything looks good on the device's LEDs. I cannot connect ot it or any of my routers/access points.
I saw a Comcast repair person getting ready to climb a pole in my neighborhood, is this something that's likely their doing? I have done nothing to my network or devices.
Update: After a couple hours of troubleshooting I found the problem and fixed it. It was not Comcast's fault at all. It was my own fault. I had moved a pelican case under my desk, which was pressing against the ethernet cable connector at my wall drop. The network connection downstream was restored as soon as I unplugged and reinserted the cable connector. Thank you, everyone for the replies.

id feel the router is failing may be more likely. but try reboots. other thing is if a hardwired device is failing it could mess up the network a bit sending wrong signals via lan. if lines being worked on by tech is more likley all internet would go out not just hardwired

Have you first tried power-cycling / re-starting the device ? No joy ? Try hard resetting the device to factory defaults by pressing and holding in the recessed reset button on the rear for 30 seconds. This can sometimes clear up some weird behavior issues. You will lose any customized settings, and they will need to be re-configured from scratch if you do the latter.
