Everyone's disconnect issue

So I am just gonna post this here, since it revolves around the same issue. It isn't Comcast that has the issue. The issue is when your data leaves the Comcast Servers and goes to Century Link/Level3.net. You can try to call Century Link and complain, but I figurre since not an actual customer they won't even talk with you.

Good luck though

Re: Everyone's disconnect issue

FWIW, everyone's packets do not all take the same routing paths.. There are tens of thousands of routes, and many other transit / backbone providers networks being traversed.

Re: Everyone's disconnect issue

For the greater Seattle Area it is Centurylink that is causing the issue. I change my ping plotter address and everytime it hits the Level3.net is where my packet loss happens.

That may be so but you made a blanket statement by saying the word "everyone's".
